June 20, 2013:  Welcome!  Our littlest Foreman arrived Thursday morning on June 13, 2013 at about 9:30am Hawaiian Time.

Kayleigh ("Kaylee") was born weighing 7 lbs, about 19.5 inches.  Happy, healthy and whole.  Our home birth was everything we affirmed:  fast, safe, gentle and with ease.

June 4, 2013:  We are 36 weeks pregnant and 28 days to go.  The countdown to baby's entrance to our world is coming to it's final days.  

We've arrived to the Big Island as a family less than a week ago, and it has taken many conscious breathes to slow down from the pace of the mainland.  Moving from the pace of "normal life" to the under current of Spirit is a process.  

For us, it is the mindful transition of our energies to slow way down, without rushing to slow down as this is where sacred beauty lives.  Stillness, too, is a transition.  We glide into baby time as we claim all of who we are.  We release all that we have accomplished in the past year to arrive at where we are today.

The intentional process and space we are creating for Baby, as a family and as a community, is profound.  If we can only bring this consciousness into our everyday lives and marvel at the holiness of each moment, we will have lived deeply and fully, each and every day.

Today, and for the rest of Baby's gestation, we celebrate Baby's amazing health and strength as Evie feels the pitter-patter of baby feet in her belly.  We see baby's emergence into this world unfolding easily and perfectly.  

We affirm wholeness, divine health, and a loving and gentle birth knowing that all is in the flow of life.
