"Maui is not for Doing, Maui is for Being"

Indeed!  What a great reminder of Spirit and Surrender!

I have lots of time to contemplate the being-ness here on Maui.  Our ritual of waking and jumping into the ocean is one of the most divine things in life that I truly cherish.  That is, because my life is made endearing and more memorable because of these experiences with my Love.  Even when we were locals, I often marvel at our vacation life style.  Being back allows me to remember that life is a beach!

Life is what we make it.  If we allow ourselves to  remember who we truly are ~ Spiritual Beings having a human experience ~ we can surrender into life and allow the flow of divine guidance to carry us...literally CARRY US.  We need not struggle, fight, resist or get attached.  All that makes for an experience that entails work...doing-ness, rather than experiencing our true essence...being-ness.

This is not to say that I would condone a lifetime of being a beach bum, though, if that is what One's Spirit is asking of us, who am I to judge?

Paying attention to the ease in my life around whatever I am doing is a great gauge.   It requires vigilant consciousness, patience and great (self) Love.  We must listen (both to what is going on and to our own hearts)...and we must choose from a place of awareness.  If we pay attention and trust The Guidance, we will all realize that we are not just divinely guided, we are Divinely Carried from one Spiritual experience to another.  Life unfolds, we are directed in amazing ways.  Life becomes magical, synchronistic...in the flow.
